Return & Exchange Policy
We want every Storytime to be magical. If something’s not quite right, you have up to 30 days to return your book—we’ll make it easy. We ask that books come back to us just as they arrived—clean, cozy, and ready for another adventure. If your book arrived with a hiccup—like a torn page or a printing glitch—let us know. We’ll happily send a fresh copy so your little reader doesn’t miss a beat. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send a quick note to confirm. If everything looks good, your refund will be on its way—back to the card or method you used.
